Service License and Compliance: The license is granted solely for internal security awareness training of the Client’s registered users (including third-party subcontractors), specifically meeting the awareness requirements of RNSI 2020.
Billing and Payment: The service is an Annual Subscription, payable within thirty (30) days (Net 30) from the invoice date via Bank Transfer or Invoice.
Acceptable Use: Strictly prohibited are sharing credentials, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or use outside the scope of mandatory security training.
Partnership: RAMPART reserves the right to engage with other companies (e.g., as Resellers or Service Providers) under Partnership Agreements formal separate.
